Gentle Yoga in English
This calming yoga class teaches you to reconnect with your body and to relax. Gentle flows, conscious breathing and deep relaxation support you in letting go. Afterwards you feel more at ease and ready for a fresh start into your everyday-life.
A welcome mid-week break for beginners and advanced students.
